Janet placed seventh for the Walworth Jt. School District #1 girls cross country team and Phillip finished 10th for the boys squad at the conference meet at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater on Oct. 13. It was the Wildcats' final race of the season.
"All of the runners worked so hard at this meet," said Coach Jodie Klamm. "The highlight of the week for me was watching the kids run their last race of the season. Everyone looked so strong from start to finish. I am so proud of this team!"
The team's annual spaghetti dinner was at Nayeli's Pizza & Restaurant in Walworth on Oct. 12.
"Thank you to the Parents Club for sponsoring our team dinner," added Coach Klamm.
