The absolute LOVE of creating our very own gingerbread baby, brought JOY, ADVENTURE, and a few TEARS. The children in Ms. Boldger's junior kindergarten class had such FUN finding clues where he could be after escaping from the oven. As you can see, he did create some havoc with the staff as well. After much searching, we discovered his letter stating that he went to the North Pole to help Santa. This news was a relief (he didn't get eaten) and brought despair, "But I didn't get to say good-bye!" Our wonderful gingerbread baby did make a few return mystery visits as we found "selfies" of him posing by the beautiful gingerbread houses the kids made with their families! We were certain we would catch him then! He also returned with gingerbread shaped crayons and stockings for each child. Thank you Gingerbread BABY! Now, you and Santa need to rest! #WalworthJ1
