👕 Concert Attire: All black clothing with no graphics or large logos. Festive accessories are welcome! 🎃

Members of Walworth's Board of Education attended the WASB (Wisconsin Association of School Boards) Regional meeting in Burlington on Tuesday, October 27th. During the event, attendees learned more about Wisconsin's Open Meeting Laws and Closed Sessions, heard a legislative update, listened to a speaker on effective Board Governance, and heard an update from the Executive Director of WASB, Dan Rossmiller. Local Board Member Valerie Gibbs was recognized for her continuing education through the organization as a Level 3 member.

Congratulations to the Walworth Wildcat 8th Grade Volleyball Team on a hard-fought match against the Reek Lions tonight! 💪🏐 With the match split heading into set 3, these Wildcats dug deep and brought the hustle! Our 5th grade scientists kicked off their new Moon investigation with a fun (and tasty!) hands-on activity! Students used Oreos to recreate the different phases of the Moon, bringing their learning about space to life! 🌕🌓🌑

For the past few weeks, our 4th graders have been busy experimenting with circuits in science! Students put their scientific skills to the test as they explored different materials to discover which were conductors and which were insulators. They also had fun building circuits to make lightbulbs light up and motors run! 💡⚙️

These hands-on experiments are a great way to bring science to life and make learning fun! 💡🔋⚡
