Mrs. Niemuth's class had a fun morning celebrating their Animal Classification Unit! They shared their informative writing pieces, discussed which Animal Kingdom and the features of their stuffed animals, and snacked on animal crackers and juice while watching a short "Wild Babies" video.

Mrs. Hummel’s junior kindergarten class enjoyed their special October visit with Mrs. Gruetzmacher! She read a cute Halloween book, the children had fun playing with her adorable puppets, and everyone loved her delicious homemade festive cookies!

Congratulations to last week's Paw Print winners. Students receive a Paw Print for working hard, making good choices, and making Walworth a great school. On Fridays, students who have earned a Paw Print are entered into a drawing. Way to go, Wildcats!🐾

Mrs. Wenzel's first graders had a great time decorating their very own pumpkins. They also colored a pumpkin to look like their real pumpkin and wrote about them. Thank you to Stade's Farm Market for donating the pumpkins to us.

To celebrate the conclusion of our Classic Tales Unit, the 3rd graders had a lovely tea party, like Alice in Wonderland! Parents donated the tea-sized treats and we watched the short Disney version of The Wind and the Willows, which we also read in class!

The Walworth Cross Country team ended the season with their annual spaghetti dinner and an amazing finish at the UW-Whitewater conference meet!
The top finishers at the Conference Meet were: Phillip K. 9th place, Maddox W.- 18th
and Jayce H.-19th place.
Way to go to all of the runners on an excellent season. Your hard work and determination paid off. We are very proud of you!
